Simulators

GOAT integrates with training simulators to provide coaching, simulate communication, and evaluate trainee performance. There are currently two simulators supported by GOAT.

Power Transmission: Managing a transmission power grid.

Combined Cycle: Managing a combined cycle power plant.

Scenarios for each simulator are constructed quite differently, and as such each course can only be associated with one simulator. Each simulator defines their own entities, action types, accomplishment criteria, and check targets.
